LAHORE: The lashing showers washed different areas of the city on the second consecutive day today, SAMAA repots Saturday.

Receiving the third heavy showers in the short course of five days, the heat-distraught fasting Lahorites took to streets and enjoyed the pleasing weather.

According to Meteorological Department, the system causing monsoonal downpours will keep coming with buckets of water intermittently in the next 30 days.

According to the Chief Meteorologist Muhammed Riaz, scattered showers are expected in upper and central Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir in the next 24 hours. SAMAA
