ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Awami Muslim League (AML) on Wednesday agreed to form a political alliance.
The decision was made at a meeting between PTI Chairman Imran Khan and AML chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed in Islamabad.
According to sources, the two leaders agreed on a political alliance. The PTI will not field its candidate against Sheikh Rashid in Rawalpindi.
Khan will announce his support for the AML chief in a public meeting scheduled on August 13. SAMAA
