PESHAWAR: At least three security personnel including an officer were injured in a powerful explosion near Hayatabad Phase-3 Chowk early this morning, SAMAA reports Wednesday.

According to police sources, the FC double-cabin vehicle was targeted in the roadside bomb blast on University Road.

The injured have been shifted to nearby Khyber Teaching Hospital.

Personnel of police and Frontier Constabulary have arrived on the spot to keep the traffic smooth, as the University Road is usually busy at this time in the morning. SAMAA
