London:  Pakistan will take on Australia in a do or die hockey match in London Olympics 2012 today.  A win against Australia is essential for Pakistan to qualify for the semi-final.

Pakistan beat South Africa Sunday by 5-4 in a thrilling encounter to keep its semi-final hopes alive.

In the last three Olympics matches between the two countries, Australia had defeated the Green Shirts. The match will begin at 14:45 PST.

In other matches today, Great Britain will face Spain while South Africa will take on Argentine in group A while Netherland will play South Korea and New Zealand to play against defending Olympic champion Germany and Belgium meet India in group B. - SAMAA
