ISLAMABAD: A contempt of court petition has been filed against Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Senator Faisal Raza Abidi in the Supreme Court of Pakistan today, SAMAA reported on Monday.
Advocate Tariq Asad has filed this contempt of court petition against Senator Faisla Raza Abidi while PEMRA Chairman and a private TC channel’s anchor have been also nominated in it.
The petitioner has appealed to the court that astern action should be taken against them under violation of the Constitution and contempt of court law.
Criticism on the Chief Justice of the country cannot be justified any way, the petitioner has stated in his petition. SAMAA
