FAISALABAD: Brutal torture of police killed an arrested student of Grade-9 in Faisalabad, SAMAA reported on Sunday.

Deceased Muhammad Zubair was a student of Grade-9 and resident of Hamid Park Mohala in Faisalabad.

Three days ago, Jhang Bazaar Police Station took him under custody in an adultery case. During custody, the police broke his many bones with brutal torture and did not allow any one of his family to meet him.

Zubair received a critical injury during police torture and his condition turned very serious. The police silently shifted him to Allied Hospital in a very critical condition and moved away. Later on, Zubair succumbed to injuries.

The CPO of Faisalabad has filed a case against Jhang Bazaar Police Station officials after taking notice of the incident while the Investigation Officer of killed boy’s case, ASI Muhammad Ali, has been arrested. SAMAA
