KARACHI: Somali pirates have released seven kidnapped Pakistani crew members of ship MV Albedo; family members of the freed Pakistanis feel extremely happy over their freedom.
Sindh Governor Dr, Ishratul Ibad has given this good news that all seven abducted Pakistani crew members of MV Albedo have been set free by the Somali pirates.
“They all are now at a safe place and I have personally talked to them,” Sindh Governor added, saying that they all will reach to their families within next 24 hours.
“No ransom has been paid against release of Pakistanis from the confinement of Somali Pirates but some amount has been paid against their food and other expenses,” Dr. Ishratul Ibad informed.
Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain congratulated freed Pakistanis’ families, present in Sindh Governor House, through telephone.
Enormously happy families of the released Pakistanis paid gratitude to Sindh Governor Dr, Ishratul Ibad and CPLC Chief Ahmad Chinoy for their kind help in freedom of their loved ones.
Freed Pakistanis will reach Pakistan to their families within next 24 hours; their family members say they feel extremely happy after hearing about loved ones release from Somali pirates’ custody and it feels just like Eid joys before the Eid day. SAMAA
