RAWALPINDI: Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi Division Bench, hearing ephedrine quota case, extended on Monday the interim bail of Ali Musa Gilani and Makhdoom Shahabuddin till August 6.
The court ordered both of them to appear before the probe team of Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) by 4pm this evening.
The court warned them that their bail plea will be discharged if the two accused offer no cooperation with the ANF officials.
The court extended the bail of Ali Musa Gilani and Makhdoom Shahabuddin as their counsels did not appear before the bench today.
Dr. Rasheed Jumma and Rizwan Ahmed withdrew their bail plea, as the two have become the approver against Gilani and Makhdoom Shahab.
Meantime, the court reserved its verdict on bail plea filed by former Deputy Controller Drug Abdus Sattar Sorani. SAMAA
