KARACHI: A 9-member delegation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) met Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) Chairman Sahabzada Fazal Karim at his residence in Faisalabad on Sunday.

The MQM delegation, which included Saif Yar Khan, Abdul Qadir Khanzada, Atif Husnain, Zahid Malik, Shaheen Anwar Gilani, Mian Tausif and Wasay Jalil , invited Sahabzada Karim to visit Nine Zero in order to convene an all-party conference.

Addressing a joint press conference after the meeting, MQM’s Saif Yar Khan said MQM is in contact with every party.

“We will have to forget all differences for the sake of Pakistan’s stability,” he said.

Sahabzada Karim said his group would give a positive response to MQM’s invitations after internal consultation.

All Pakistani politicians needed to work to save the country, he added. SAMAA
