ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf is currently chairing a session of federal cabinet intended mainly to resolve the energy crisis facing the country, SAMAA reports Wednesday.
The federal cabinet is also expected to discuss the government’s future strategy in connection with writing a letter to the Swiss authorities.
Federal Law Minister Farooq H. Naek is expected to brief the session about the writing of Swiss letter.
The Prime Minister told the cabinet that Pakistan is earnestly striving for the peace in Afghanistan and will keep up its cooperation with the comity of the nations for the regional peace.
The PM Raja also apprised the cabinet of his visit to Saudi Arab and Afghanistan. SAMAA
