BANNU: The exchange of fire among police and the terrorists is in progress in the city, after the Old City Police Station was attacked early this morning, SAMAA reports Monday.

Heavy contingents of police before long arrived here and cordoned off the entire area. The terrorists, declining to capitulate, entered in clash with the terrorists.

Saboteurs, in their brazen assault this morning, took the police station in their siege. The market of the city abutting the police station, has been closed in the wake ensuing heavy gunfire by the terrorists.

Terrorists held district intelligence personnel hostage. SAMAA
