PESHAWAR: At least four persons, including a woman and three children, were killed as a mortar bomb fell on a house in Bara Shaikhan village area of the city on Sunday.

According to police sources, the mortar was fired from an unknown location.

Three children and their mother died in the attack whereas the father of the children suffered injuries.

Police reached the spot after the incident and cordoned off the area and started investigation.

The injured in the incident that was taken to hospital for treatment. SAMAA
