PESHAWAR: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman expressed the fear that democracy could derail if the country’s second Prime Minister was ousted over standoff between state institutions.
Speaking at a ceremony here on Saturday, Rehman said matters between institutions have gone beyond law and justice and turned into a confrontation.
Nothing could be said surely about the coming days, he said.
The JUI-F chief said that there was no harm if pre-term polls would be announced under the prevailing circumstances. SAMAA
