ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf says that black clouds will blanket the whole country if democracy doesn’t succeed.
Speaking at a ceremony in the capital city of Islamabad today (Tuesday), Prime Minister Ashraf said his government is not against the Supreme Court, adding the Parliament and the judiciary are free because of democracy.
He said continuation of democracy is inevitable for the progress of the country, crediting it for the independence of Parliament and judiciary.
He again clarified that his government is not against the judiciary.
The prime minister invited all opposition parties to reconcile, saying they should not have any doubt on each other’s sincerity. SAMAA
