Two plots each rendered to 14 SC judges, PAC receives details

ISLAMABAD: The Public Accounts Committee has received details from the concerned authorities about rendering of two plots each to 14 judges and one plot each to other seven judges of the Supreme Court, SAMAA reported on Tuesday.

A meeting of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chaired by the PPP leader Nadeem Afzal Chan was held at the meeting hall in the Parliament this day.

The meeting proven to be very chaotic as the committee was briefed in detail about those plots which had been rendered to the Supreme Court’s judges and senior bureaucrats.
Total 21 judges of the Supreme Court had been given plots and out of those 14 took 2 plots each while seven took one plot each.

Those judges who took two plots each are included Justice Falak Sher, Justice Khali-ur-Rehman Ramdey, Justice Jawed Iqbal, Justice Taqadus Hussain Jeelani, Justice Shakirullah Jan, Justice Sardar Muhamamd Raza, Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Justice Syed Saeed Ashhad, Justice Faqir Khokhar, Justice Nawaz Abbassi, Justice Mansoor Ahmad, Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, Justice Syed Jamshed and Justice Syed Zahid Hussain.

Those who took one plot each are included Justice Arif Hussain Khilji, Justice Anwar Jamali, Justice Sahir Ali, Justice Chauhdry Ajaz hmad, Justice Ghulam Rabbani,and Justice Raja Fayyaz.

Apart from the judges, 214 senior bureaucrats had been given plots in Islamabad and out of those few took two plots each in the capital.

Those Grade-22 bureaucrats, who took two plots each, are included Ismail Qureshi, Abdul Rauf Chauhdry, Kamal Shah and Naveed Ahsan. SAMAA
