Petroleum Ministry decides to reduce domestic gas tariff from July 01

ISLAMABAD: The Petroleum Ministry has decided today to make gas cheaper for domestic consumers of the country from July 01, SAMAA reported on Thursday.

According to the officials, the Petroleum Ministry has given approval of making gas cheaper for the domestic consumers but decided of keeping gas tariff for other all consumers unchanged.

Domestic gas consumers’ gas tariff has been reduced by Rs. 15.41 per MMBTU. The provinces will get revenue of Rs. 25 billion by the unchanged tariffs of all other gas consumers. SAMAA
