KARACHI: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Nawaz Sharif postponed his scheduled visit to Sindh on Tuesday due to reports of bad weather.
Hundreds of PML-N workers, who thronged the airport early on Tuesday, had to wait for hours to greet their leader.
According to reports, the pilot of the charter plane advised Nawaz Sharif against traveling due to bad weather. On this, the PML-N leader postponed his visit.
The old airport was decorated with welcoming banners by party workers. Dozens of women activists were also among those who were disappointed after hearing about the postponement of the Sharif’s visit. SAMAA
