LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has formed a full bench to hear a contempt of court case against President Asif Ali Zardari for holding dual offices.
The larger bench will start hearing the case from Wednesday.
The petition said President Zardari, despite the court’s order, carried out political engagements in the presidency.
President Zardari is also the co-chairman of Peoples Party, it said.
On the other hand, a separate petition has been filed in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, challenging President’s immunity. SAMAA
