Hayat, Hiraj decline ministries

Staff Report

ISLAMABAD: Four federal and six state ministers, all belonging to PML-Q, will take oath on Monday.

According to sources, Faisal Saleh Hayat and Raza Hayat Hiraj have rejected the offer for ministries.

Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has already been sworn in as the senior federal minister while Jam Yousuf, Talib Naki, Bahadur Sehr and Sheikh Waqar are scheduled to take oath tomorrow (Monday).

Hayat has turned down the ministry over his differences with Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, sources add.

Hiraj told SAMAA that he would not become part of the cabinet due to personal reasons. SAMAA
