KARACHI: Man and his nephew, residents of Usmanabad area of the city, were killed after extreme torture today (Saturday); one brother is still in the custody of terrorists.

According to details, two brothers, Zahid Mushtaq and Siraj were abducted along with their nephew Saleem. A little later, Zahid was dumped on Siddique Wahab Road in severely injured state.

Zahid was shifted to Civil Hospital, where he succumbed to injuries in operation theater. A little after Zahid met his death, his young nephew Sunny Ghalib’s body also arrived in the hospital.

Sunny’s body was recovered from a sewerage nullah located near ICCI Bridge. His body had massive torture marks including holes made with drill machine.

Amidst loud screams of grief by the bereaved family in the hospital, Zahid’s mother and Sunny’s grandmother said she lost a son and the other is still in the captivity of terrorists.

Terrorists first abducted Zahid and later on, called his brother Siraj and nephew Sunny in Pak Colony and took them along from there.

Demanding justice for his family, Zahid’s uncle said they had no row or bad blood with anyone. SAMAA
