RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Express, Shoaib Akhtar, could be seen in the action again as he is planning a major comeback to the international cricketing world, SAMAA reports.

Akhtar, who has been world's fastest bowler in his heyday, says he has been considering taking back his retirement decision ‘on public demand’.

The popular Pakistani bowler had announced his retirement from international cricket during World Cup 2011.

However, his close aides say Akhtar is now interested to play just Twenty20 cricket.

He has signed a deal with a major multinational brand and is currently busy in shooting their advertisements, sources said. -- SAMAA
