PHC dismisses Uzma Ayub rape case

PESHAWAR: The drop scene of Uzma Ayub rape case was happened as the Peshawar High Court (PHC) dismissed the case as there was no evidence against it.

The court also ordered the reinstatement of District Police Officer (DPO) Karak and other suspended police personnel.

The PHC resumed hearing of the Uzma Ayub rape case and observed that the result of the graphic test was not positive due to which the Uzma Ayub rape case was dismissed by the court.

The court ordered the reinstatement of DPO Karak and other police personnel who were suspended when the case was reported. SAMAA
