DIR: A teacher tortured a fifth class student, breaking his hand in upper Dir area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Friday.
The student was shifted to Peshawar’s Lady Reading Hospital for treatment.
Parents of the 12 year old child told media that he was tortured over making a noise in the class.
The student said that he was tortured without any reason. SAMAA
