Opposition has accepted my government, says PM Gilani

Staff Report

ISLAMABAD: The opposition has accepted my government by taking part in polls of the parliamentary committee, said Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani today, SAMAA reported on Wednesday.

The Prime Minister said while talking to media in Islamabad this day that he has once again defeated the opposition; the opposition claims orally that it does not approve my government but it has accepted my regime by taking part in the parliamentary committee’s polls.

Gilani added that he wrote a letter to the opposition leader over Chief Election Commission’s issue.

While replying a question over President Zardari’s participation in Chicago Conference, PM Gilani said that the invitation has arrived for the conference and no condition has been imposed over it.

China is the biggest financial supporter in power field and work is under way on many hydropower projects with its collaboration, he added. SAMAA
