ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday voiced against the split of Sindh.
Addressing a public gathering at Shikarpur, Nawaz Sharif said Sindh should not be divided even if Punjab is split.
He questioned performance of the government during last four years.
“President Zardari did nothing for Sindh over the last four years,” he said. “If our government comes into power, we will bring Benazir Bhutto’s killers to book.”
Nawaz recalled that he was the first to see the farmers of Sindh after the flood’s devastation. The PML-N chief asked President Zardari why he had forgotten the people of Sindh.
He opined that politics in the country should be based on the elimination of corruption. SAMAA
