KHUSHAB: PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif said Saturday Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani should go home and wait for the court’s decision regarding his appeal.
Addressing a large public gathering here, he suggested Gilani could return to power if declared innocent by the court.
The former two-time prime minister said he would not allow the government to defy the Supreme Court.
Up to 20 hours of load shedding was being carried out in the country, he said.
The PML-N chief warned that he would join protesters if load-shedding did not end in two days.
He said the PPP had ruled the country for 15 hours, but did nothing for the masses.
Sharif said he would ask Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to increase his special package of Khoshab from Rs50 crore to Rs100 crore. SAMAA
