QUETTA: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry Wednesday, hearing the case concerning with target killings and missing people, issued summons to Chief Minister, Home Minister Baluchistan and representatives of spy agencies, reports SAMAA on Thursday.
Hearing of the case lasted for fifteen hours.
A three-judge bench of Supreme Court heard the case in connection with lawlessness and missing people in Baluchistan here at its Quetta registry earlier today.
The hearing was attended by Home Secretary Baluchistan Naseebullah Bazai, IGP Rao Mohammed Ameen Hashim and a large number of the heirs of targeted-killed and missing people.
The hearing continued for 15 hours – 9am to 12am.
Later, CJ advised CM Baluchistan, Home Minister Zafar Zehri to appear before the apex court and record their accounts. SAMAA
