ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik Saturday presented evidence of Sharif brothers’ role in Mehran Bank scam case with media.

Speaking to newsmen in the federal capital, Malik said if his evidence was proved false, he was ready to be hanged.

Malik said he would take this evidence to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and the Parliament.

The Interior Minister said he has all the evidence about those who accepted money in the bank scam.

He alleged Nawaz Sharif, after taking the money, invested it in his sugar mill on the same day.

The first NRO was made by Nawaz Sharif together with Farooq Leghari while the second NRO was created with Musharraf.

He argued that PML-N ministers had also taken oath under the NRO.

He accused Nawaz Sharif of committing a fraud of Rs6 billion with banks. SAMAA
