ISLAMABAD: Barrister Aitezaz Ahsan, pleading the case of Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani before seven-member bench of the Supreme Court (SC), said on Wednesday that he is not employing delaying tactics to give the case undue length.

Talking to media before leaving for the apex court hearing the contempt case against PM Gilani, he noted that after the incorporation of new Article-10A in the Constitution, the issue relating the hearing of suo motu cases by judges who issue the corresponding notice stands differently.

He said the arguments on Article-10A is taking more time as this is a new addition to the Constitution. SAMAA
