RAWLPINDI: Corps Commander Rawalpindi, Lieutenant General Khalid Nawaz Khan conferred military awards on Army Officers and soldiers during a Corps Investiture Ceremony held at GHQ Auditorium today.

According to an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release, the army officers and soldiers were awarded Sitara-i-Basalat, Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military), Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military).

As many as 80 Officers were awarded Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military), 71 Officers were awarded Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military), whereas 36 Soldiers were awarded Sitara-i-Basalat.

A large number of senior military officials and families of awardees attended the ceremony. SAMAA
