PM Gilani expresses concern over Karachi situation

Staff Report

HYDERABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has expressed concern over Karachi situation on Friday, saying the government will help provincial government in maintaining peace in the city.

While talking with media here the PM said that we want to compensate with Balochistan as the province has suffered a lot.

Gilani came to Hyderabad to attend the marriage ceremony of Minister Moula Bux Chandio’s son.

Hussain Haqqani should get the facilities that Mansoor Ijaz has got, he said.

Commenting over Hafiz Saeed issue, the premier said that it is an internal matter of the country. Action can be taken on him if solid evidence is there, Gilani said. SAMAA
