ISLAMABAD: The joint session of the Parliament has been adjourned till April 5, SAMAA reports Friday.
The Parliament’s today’s session attended by 40 members, said the restoration of the NATO supply routes should be made hinged on the cessation of missile strikes inside Pakistani borders.
The session was chaired by Deputy Speaker Faisal Karim Kundi.
Mushahid Hussain Syed noted the members of the Parliament are avoiding giving their viewpoints over the recommendations put forward by Parliamentary Committee on National Security (PCNS).
He said the NATO supply should not be restored until the missile strikes on Pak soil are brought to a halt.
Federal Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar said all parties including the opposition have uniform stance over the relationship with the US and NATO supplies.
Abdul Malik Wazir said the NATO supply should be kept closed at all costs. Saeed Ghani underscored that the people who undersigned the recommendations, have stepped aside. SAMAA
