Three more dead; Karachi toll rises to eight

KARACHI: At least three more people were killed in the recent violence unleashed this morning in the wake of killing of MQM’s worker in the metropolis, pushing today’s overall death toll to eight, SAMAA reports Tuesday.

According to details, a man was killed around Singer Chowrangi in Korangi area. Also another political worker was gunned down in the PIB Colony area.

Meantime, a person was shot to death in firing incident in Teen Hatti area.

Also, firing incidents are being reported from various areas including Baldia Town, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Landhi, Korangi and Shah Faisal Colony.

Over 35 vehicles were set on fire in various areas of the city. SAMAA
