PESHAWAR: JUI-F leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman Sunday warned establishment against reopening of NATO supplies, saying his activists would resist any such plan.
Speaking at “Islam Zindabad Conference” here, Rehman said army’s daily expense is more than that of the country’s education budget.
Condemning the government’s policies, he said Pakistan won freedom from Britain, but rulers turned it into American slavery.
The JUI-F chief said rulers are implementing an imported foreign policy with closed eyes.
He also lashed out at security agencies.
The government, he said, has decided to reopen NATO supply and trying to use the Parliament for this purpose.
He said his party would not accept the reopening of NATO supply. SAMAA
