Bollywood actress Nupur Mehta rejects involvement in match-fixing

Staff Report

MUMBAI: Bollywood actress Nupur Mehta has vehemently rejected allegation of playing any type of role in match-fixing, SAMAA reported on Monday.

According to an Indian TV channel, Nurpur has said that she takes deep interest in cricket but she has no link with such negative activities which undermine this beautiful game.

Bollywood actress added that she was not at all aware that mere one telephone call, considered a joke by her, will take this type of twist.

Nupur Mehta forcefully declared all allegations baseless while saying that her name has been wrongly attached with an evil act like match-fixing. SAMAA
