LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Mian Nawaz Sharif Monday urged Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani to exercise discretion over the issue of new provinces.

Talking to media after meeting Col. Shiraz’s widow here at his residence, he said toppling the democratic government triggered terrorism in the country, adding there were no suicide attacks in 1997; instead, there was peace all around in the county.

Criticizing the government, he said the government is making feeble decisions, as there is no policy being pursued, adding such decisions should be made which stand in the interests of nation and country. SAMAA
