ISLAMABAD: Federal Commerce Minister Amin Fahim has said today that a prior consent of the army and all other concerned institutes had been obtained to render MF status to India, SAMAA reported on Friday.
Amin Fahim said during a press conference in Islamabad this day that a proposal is under consideration to render permission for import of vehicles from India but the local industry will be given protection in that regard.
He added that Indian commerce minister will visit Pakistan in February while a negative list of items will be ready till next month for imports from the neighbor country.
Few misfits have emerged in Pak-Afghan trade pact and those are creating hurdle in its implementation, added further the commerce minister. SAMAA
