ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) Saturday dispatched the copies of Memogate scandal case verdict to all the concerned parties.

It should be mentioned here the apex court reserved the ruling in the case involving an alleged memo written to the US government on the part of Pakistani government seeking assistance against the military.

Nine-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry gave a consensus verdict taking up the petitions as maintainable.

The court today sent the copies of the judgment to all respondents and petitioners along with the federal government and the provincial governments. SAMAA
