Mirza speech: MQM flays torture on youths

Staff Report

KARACHI: The coordination committee of MQM, issuing condemnation against the torture on some youths during the speech of former Sindh Minister Zulfiqar Mirza, has called upon UK government to take notice of Zulfiqar’s activities in London, reports SAMAA on Tuesday.

In a statement issued from MQM’s coordination committee, the members deplored torture on the youths belonging to Pakistani community in London amid the speech of Zulfiqar Mirza.

The statement held Mirza responsible for sparking loathing among Pakistani community in UK as, according to the statement, the latter has always found guilty of replicating the same in Pakistan.

In violation of British laws, Mirza is tearing apart the atmosphere of harmony of the peaceful city of London, the statement alleged.

The statement also urged UK government to take forthwith the notice of Mirza’s damaging deeds. SAMAA
