PESHWAR: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal’s (JUI-F) chief Maulan Fazal-ur-Rehman has said on Monday that the US is again pressurizing Pakistan on the name of Haqqani Network.
Inamullah Khan, a prominent leader of PML-N, along with his fellows abandoned their party and joined JUI-F in Peshawar this day.
Maulana Fazal said on the occasion that if the government had acted upon the joint resolutions of the parliaments then the US never had dared of threatening Pakistan.
He added that the religious scholars of the country have a unanimous view that armed struggle within the country is not a rightful act.
“All efforts for making an alliance of the religious parties will be welcomed and it is not fair to keep the PPP deprived of majority in the Senate,” the JUI-F chief added. SAMAA
