ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Wednesday put off the hearing of PCO judges case till January 3.
A four-judge bench headed by Justice Shahid Siddiqui is hearing the PCO case.
Justice Syed Zahid Hussain’s counsel S. M. Zafar argued that all the judges appointed from November 3, 2007 to July 31 2009 had taken a similar oath.
Justice Zahid Hussain’s appointment was recommended by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and July3 ruling clearly said that no action would be taken against the judges recommended by the Chief Justice. SAMAA
