DERA GHAZI KHAN: Two cousin sisters have been murdered on the name of honor in Dera Ghazi Khan; police foiled an attempt to burry dead bodies of both victims of honor killing without a postmortem.

According to details, in Peer Aadil area of Kot Mubarak Police Station in DG Khan, one person namely Mumtaz with the help of his accomplices shot dead two cousins Nadira and Khursheed.

The police sources have told that both murdered girls were ran away from their home some time ago. They were recovered and arrested from Layya on December 3.

While they were going to home with their parents after getting bail on Saturday (yesterday), their cousin Mumtaz and his accomplices opened fire and killed them on the spot.

The family of both murdered girls tried to bury dead bodies without any postmortem but the police foiled their attempt and shifted both corpses to hospital for an examination. SAMAA
