Pak, US to resume talks in July

ISLAMABAD: The second round of strategic talks between Pakistan and United States will take place on July 18 in Islamabad, SAMAA reported Thursday.

According to sources, the US is likely to grant access for Pakistani products to American markets during the talks.

Besides, the establishment of economic zones in FATA and other key decisions are likely to be made in the upcoming talks.

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and his US counterpart Hillary Clinton will lead their respective sides in the talks.

The US investors will mull over plans to do investment in Pakistan’s textile products in a bid to improve their export quality. SAMAA
