SC orders arresting of SHO, DSP in Mallah case

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court bench hearing the missing person case of Vice Chairman of Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) Aakash Mallah on Thursday ordered arresting of SHO and DSP of Bhittai Nagar police station Hyderabad.

The three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry and Justice Ghulam Rabbani and Justice Chaudhry Ejaz heard the petition filed by Mallah’s brother, Anwar Mallah.

Mallah in his petition stated that his brother missed after his visit to Rajputana Hospital on October 30. He alleged that Aakash was held by SHO Riaz Memon and DSP Shabir.

The court ordered RPO Hyderabad Fayaz Laghari to arrest SHO and DSP and they should be appeared before the court in next hearing. SAMAA
